Every space and project has different needs. Our project recommendations and quotes are tailored to the size of the space, the level of organization required, the complexity of the project, and the services requested. You'll receive a personalized proposal outlining the scope, investment, and any product costs.
A quote is provided before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before additional work or expenses are incurred.

Clarity before we begin.
How much do organizing services cost?
Home organizing runs $75–$150 per hour, business organizing $100–$150 per hour, and moving services $85–$150 per hour. All bookings have a 4-hour minimum. Your exact rate depends on the space and scope, and you'll receive a personalized proposal before work begins.
Do you offer closet and pantry organization?
Yes. Closet, pantry, and individual-space transformations are among our core services. We tailor each project to the space and the client's goals.
Do you provide organizing products?
We can recommend appropriate storage and organizing products based on your space and needs. Any product purchases or sourcing expenses will be explained in your proposal.
Do you work on multiple rooms?
Yes. Depending on project scope and scheduling, we can discuss projects involving multiple spaces and recommend a phased or comprehensive approach.
How do I get a quote?
Complete our inquiry form with information about your space, goals, and preferred timing. We will review the details and contact you to determine the appropriate next step.
Do I need to know exactly what I need before contacting you?
No. Tell us what is frustrating you about the space and what you hope to accomplish. We will help clarify the project and discuss possible solutions.
How does the referral program work?
When someone you refer books and completes a qualifying organizing project of $400 or more in eligible service fees and pays in full, you receive a $75 service credit toward a future project, and your friend receives $75 toward their first qualifying project. The referred client must be new to Rooted & Refined Spaces, and the referring client must be identified when the new client submits their quote request. Taxes, product purchases, and separately billed expenses do not count toward the $400 minimum.
